Smart Geolocation

We have just added a sophisticated system to extract location information from your campaign’s content. Whenever location info is available, it’ll be visible in the content browser as a map icon accompanied by the city (state) and country. There’s even a map link for your convenience.

Related Topic Discovery

Want to discover the terms that are trending within your campaign’s content? We analyze every piece of content every hour and extract any related topics so that you can always catch trends as they happen.

Most Influential Twitter Users

Twitter is a dominant source of brand conversations but sifting through a large number of items can be laborious and difficult. We’ve teamed up with Klout to bring you the ability to quickly get to the content generated by the most influential users on Twitter.

Just filter by Twitter from the content browser and then click “Highest Ranked” to see the posts by the most influential users first. You can drill down even more by applying any of the other filters we have.

Engaging with these users is a snap with MutualMind’s one-click engagement features. Click the “Respond” icon to reply immediately or schedule your response for later. Need someone else to respond to it? No worries. Just click “Create Task” and assign it to one of your teammates.

Advanced Competitor Intelligence

Often times, consumers will compare your brand against a competitor. They may be getting ready to buy a product/service or they may be thinking of switching. MutualMind provides an easy way to filter down to this content quickly so you can take any necessary actions.

Just choose “Both” as the category filter and you’ll be able to get to the content where both you and competitors were mentioned at the same time.
