We are pleased to announce the release of MutualMind 1.5.2. The focus of this release was the enhancement of our competitive intelligence features. Here are the highlights of this release:
New Competitive Intelligence View
We have added a brand new view to our collection of insights. This new view allows you to easily compare the mentions and sentiments of your brand’s keywords and performance of your brand’s social channels against those that belong to your competition.
Our side-by-side layout makes it a snap to keep tabs on your competitors.
The new view can be accessed by clicking “Insights” from the top menu and then clicking “Competitive Intelligence” from the sidebar.
Enhanced Filtering For Monitoring Insights
Keeping with the theme of this release, we’ve added enhanced filtering to the monitoring insights view. You now have the option to filter the data and view analytics for brand keywords, competition keywords or both. Just use the drop down to select the group of keywords you want to analyze.
You can access this view by clicking “Insights” from the top menu and then clicking “Monitoring” from the sidebar.
Brand-Centric Insights Dashboard
We’ve cleaned up the main insights dashboard and made it 100% brand-centric. Since we have made it easy to view/compare insights for your competitors, it made sense for the main dashboard to show only the insights pertaining to your brand.
