We are happy to share that based on your feedback we have made a number of enhancements that make Adaptive Listening even more powerful. For those who haven’t had a chance to play with it, Adaptive Listening provides you a powerful yet flexible and easy mechanism to let data and analytics decide what actions to take on social.

Here are some of the recent enhancements.

  • You can now specify if users are in a list or not in a list. This allows you to include or exclude users.
  • New field “has image” allows you to match posts which include an image
  • In addition to keyword groups, brand and competition categories are also supported for content match
